Our Story
In the rolling hills of the shore of Lake Kivu in western Rwanda, a certain families of passionate coffee farmers spent their days meticulously tending to their coffee trees, ensuring that they were healthy and producing the best possible cherries. Once they are ripe, the farmers carefully handpick them and start the processing journey by removing the outer layers, ferment and wash the beans, and dry them ensuring that every step of the process is done to perfection.
